Annual Soup Supper
The annual soup supper will be February 11th from 5-7. This is a free will donation. See insert for donations and work schedule. Thank You!
Young Adult Bible Study
There will be a new young adult Bible study starting February 24th at 6:30. The Bible study will meet at the church on the 2nd & 4th Fridays, and we will have dinner the cost will be $3/person. We will be studying The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren. If you need a copy let Kara Vaughn (402-274-9399) know by February 10th, the cost will be $5/copy.
Adults 55+: BEHOLD! Visions of a Future Glory ~ Revelation 21-22
This is a conference in Branson, MO, for adults 55+. There will be 2 different event times, June 4-7, and June 11-14. There is a poster in the back of the sanctuary with more information. If either of the dates will work for you and you are interested in attending let Corey know. He would like to know if anyone is interested in attending.
After School Program
ACC now has an after school program. The program is a free program, open to all the children of this community, in grades K-12. It will be held Mondays and Thursdays from 3:30—5:30. We are going to offer snacks, homework help, and a safe, loving environment with fun activities. The goal of this program is to be an outreach ministry to our community, and show the kids and their families the love of God, through us serving them. If you’re interested in helping, talk to Kara Vaughn (402) 274-9399. Together we can accomplish this goal of being a Light to our community. “For I can do all things through Christ Jesus, who gives me strength.” ~Philippians 4:13
More Adult Small Group Info
Interested in joining a small group of believers helping one another grow in faith? Jeff and Suzanne Josey are hosting a small group in their home Tuesdays at 7:00. Contact Jeff or Suzanne Josey at 479-567-2401.
Girls Bible Studies
6-8th grade girls Bible study is at the Vaughns’ home, 1320 M St. in Auburn, the 1st Monday of the month @ 6:30-8. We will not be having Bible study the 1st Monday of December.
High School girls Bible study is at Harriet Clark’s home, 2322 U St., Auburn, every Monday night @ 7-8.
C4J
Our Youth Groups for Kids are now meeting! C4J stands for Crazy for Jesus, and we want all kids in Preschool thru 6th Grade to come and join us! We are meeting at the church each Wednesday night from 6-7 PM.
Attention All Crafters!
Are you a lady who loves to scrapbook, stamp, quilt, knit, etc.? Then come out to our new ladies Craft Group, Portable Projects. Portable Projects will meet on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month in the Fellowship Hall. They will gather there from 7-9 PM. So bring all your craft supplies and projects and come join us for a great time of sharing ideas and fellowship!
TV FUND
ACC is starting a fund to purchase 2 flat panel TV’s for church use. If you would like to donate please make checks payable to ACC and note TV fund in the memo.
